Wissam GHAMROUN is the founder and managing partner of TECHVITIS. For twenty years, Wissam evolved with Murex in the capital markets technology domain working on client services in different regions in Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific and Middle East and Africa, heading several departments like for example, the professional services in EMEA region from 2016 to 2020.
Since 2018, Wissam actively participated in transforming Murex’s Client Services organization and Service Offers to cope with the evolution of the market demands and technologies towards more managed, agile oriented and continuous value roll out services. In 2020, he took over the role of EMEA region co-head for Client Services at Murex, supervising the development and the run of activities with more than 150 clients in this region with a workforce of 750 Murex consultants and a network of more than 1500 consultants from partner firms.
Such experiences led Wissam to have a clear vision of the existing expertise and engagement gaps in the IT services and organizations, of the TCO challenges when looking for services’ high quality and of the levels of partnership and service excellence expected by institutions. TECHVITIS value proposition is to address these gaps and challenges by building excellence partnerships with institutions, allowing to put together the high-quality services and expertise rare dimensions with a reduced and controlled TCO.

With over 17 years of experience in Murex for capital market solutions, Abbas has had the privilege of working across Europe and the Middle east. His experience spans various domains and roles including quality control, product management, business solution architect, and risk management SME. Abbas served as the regional head of the EMEA risk management domain in client services department at Murex with a team size of 60+ consultants overseeing all risk management (Credit, Market, XVA) implementations and production support for clients in the region. He personally led more than 15 projects serving as risk management SME or as senior business solution architect. These projects covered system replacements managing the design, build and deployment of a fully integrated and integrating solution. His project experience includes collaborations with banks in countries such as KSA, Egypt, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Greece, Turkey, South Africa, UK, Germany, and France.

Nabil Boudiab is an esteemed professional in the ICT industry, with over two decades of experience. He is currently the Academy Director & Tech Lead at TECHVITIS. Nabil's career trajectory exemplifies growth, innovation, and dedication to technological excellence.
Beginning his career at NavLink, Nabil excelled as a Technical Professional Consultant, managing numerous projects across the MENA region. He then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, where he effectively oversaw the company's managed services portfolio and played a crucial role in establishing multiple Network Operation Centers in France, UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. As Senior Product Manager, Nabil spearheaded NavLink's entrance into cloud services, launching the region's first managed public cloud offering and establishing NavLink as a leading AWS partner in the Gulf.
In 2018, Nabil joined RACKS24, a digital transformation startup, where his contributions included implementing vital digital security solutions for governments in Doha and the launch of the Qatar Data Hub in partnership with Energy City Qatar. This period marked a significant era of digital transformation in his career.
In 2023, he embarked on a new venture at TECHVITIS, focusing on empowering Technology Excellence and making high-level tech expertise accessible to a broad spectrum of institutions.
